If you have an issue that is already not covered by the DFS HELP page, you may submit a complaint via a comment. We reserve full rights to disregard any frivolous or unreasonable complaints.

• To submit a complaint, simply click on a comment and furnish us with the following information, in addition to your complaint.
  
• Please state how you wish to receive your reply. Replies can be served through email/botmail/memoserv.
• Please state your nickname clearly and be prepared that you might be contacted by an OP for further information.
• If your information is incomplete, your complaint will be discarded automatically.
• Please be prepared to submit logs if requested. If you have no logs your complaint will be disregarded.
